The future of Baguio is the priority in being its responsible Baguio resident. BUT .. . Photos I saw last night ruffled my senses, so I sent this to a young, very successful real estate developer/sales agent who went to the same public schools that my children went through. I am waiting for his response. --------------------------------------------------- As a long time resident of Baguio City, I am interested to know who the real estate owners are that allowed the construction of units you are selling. Much of Baguios land and land uses have been so changed in the last 50 years, with the ecosystem services seriously degraded. In researches we have done to understand the unfortunate land uses in Baguio, the development of subdivisions and physical structures that destroyed the landscape especially in the Government Center as heritage area since the 1900s is advanced by the private business sector. I hope your actions are for the protection and promotion of sustainable life that we are seriously persisting to have in the city.
