The gangs are super smart. Here is their trick. 1. Steal the money from the credit card. Dont need to be too much. Each charge $10 is good enough. Usually the credit card holder wont find out. 2. After they collect the money, first of all, they tried to wire transfer the money out of U.S. Recently, the banks hold those illegal money. So what can they do? Hold the money in U.S. Use other peoples name to invest the business. 3. There is the other situation the gangs can do. Hold the money in those companies. The gangs work with those companies to invest the business. Its most horrible case. Those U.S companies will be drag into the illegal game. 4. Other situation, send the spy to U.S companies. For what? Hack their system, steal the technical. Put their members into the important position. Steal the money then transfer money into other partner, stockholder, founder account... then Invest the same company. What can U.S government do? 1. Check the money source from the investor. 2. Check the tax. 3. Check income and make sure its same amount gets into the bank. 4. Most difficult situation is PayPal. The money can be transfer to other account and country by using lots of different accounts. Thats why so many companies want to accept PayPal. 5. Dig out the hackers. Trust me! The gangs will dig out those companies soon. They have no way to go because U.S government already hold their money. Also, they need money to survive. No money, no game.
