The gift of Kerry Rostron! Jenny Henderson and I had the blessing of sitting with Kerry again on Sunday. I am in awe of being in the presence of someone who has consciously said, yes to death. Kerry has given me permission to be with the normality and every day-ness of death and the blessing of its process. So much so that she implied, so what happens now?. I feel deeply enriched and blessed by her. I am also deeply touched by the outpouring of love coming her way from The Journey community. I met Kerry and Alana 13 years ago at an intro talk in Noosa and I can remember the moment we met. Kerry has been integral to our community over these years and to feel the embrace of love coming her way from all around the world during this time of transition is humbling. I am honoured to be apart of such a community. We do not know what the next day or week brings, but sitting with Kerry is to sit in the presence of FREEDOM, No Mind, Cheekiness, Laughter, Healing, Surrender, Outpouring of love to all who come and Radiant Love. As I spoke my farewell, Kirtanas This Embrace came on...so I sang to her. Let this love carry you Down stream like a petal of presad Uproot and ferry you From the heart of illusion To the heart of god As we fall into this embrace As beautiful and heart wrenching as it was, I assure you, she still got the last word and it was full of humour and cheek!
