The girls track team continued their record setting season with outstanding performances at the Monmouth County Championships. The team received scoring from 6 different athletes, led by second place finishes from Monica Heil in the 400 meter dash, lowering her own school record, and Courtney Thompson in the 3200 meter run. Tara Connelly took 5th in the 1600 meter run, and Katie DiFrancesco took home a pair of 6th place finishes in the 400 dash and 200 dash. Tina Lebron also took a 6th in the javelin throw. The meet was capped off with a 3rd place finish and another lowering of the school record in the 4x400 meter relay. The team was comprised of Katie DiFrancesco, Tara Connelly, Brenna Remick, and Monica Heil.
