The glory of the Lord showed up in a great way this weekend! UCF - TopicsExpress

The glory of the Lord showed up in a great way this weekend! UCF had the privilege of leading worship with the residents of Genesis Elder Care in Salisbury, NC on Saturday morning! That afternoon the women of UCF held their monthly Womens Fellowship in which the 4th of July was their theme. The fellowship was followed by the men and women of UCF getting out in the Salisbury community and sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ. The women had such an abundance of food from their fellowship they were able to share with those in need as they witnessed! Sister Annie Joyner prayed for a gentleman who had not moved his hand in 2 years due to a stroke. Miraculously, he was able to move his hand! Sunday morning as Pastor Sonya T. Ellerbe prayed over a gentleman who was also paralyzed on one side of his body, due to a stroke, was able to drop his cane and walk! That night, the manifested presence of The Lord followed UCF to Rowan Helping Ministries in Salisbury, NC as UCF provided a meal for the residents. God used the disciples of UCF as a conduit to show how awesome He truly is! Residents were strengthened and encouraged as our prayer warriors prayed for them. God used Sister Trina Moore to baptize a resident in the Holy Spirit and this was evident as the resident spoke in tongues! The resident was able to walk away empowered in Christ and able to stand against the wiles of the devil. Facebook, what a mighty God we serve!!
