The goals of the company in any country mainly in MALI are: *Mining research and exploration *Exploration,research,exploitation of gold deposit or others ( diamond, iron, uranium , phosphate etc ) on the Malian territory ; *Buying and selling of gold and any precious stone *Creation of gold buying syndicate ; *Exportation of mining products ; *Works of refining of all mining product; *Works of recycling of mining species already exploited; *Exploitation and treatment of gold under all its forms: craft industry mining, mechanized industry mining exploitation of small and great mines( deposit); *Sale and buying of gold from Mali or another countries and exported to manufactured; *Transformation, treatment and refining of gold; *Import and Export, manufacturing, trading of all materials or products necessary for research, exploitation and transformation of gold; *Exploitation of areas under all its forms for the invoice of the third: craftsmen industry mining, Interest Economic Group, associations, mining companies and so on Availability the lease or others materials necessary for exploitation or treatment of gold; *Trading, Importation and Exportation Services; And, generally, all commercial, industrial, financial, movable property or real property directly or indirectly linked to below goals or connected ones permitting easily the achievement.
