Animal welfare Act 2006 states: Section 9,2,e: 9 Duty of person responsible for animal to ensure welfare (2)For the purposes of this Act, an animals needs shall be taken to include— (e)its need to be protected from pain, suffering, injury and disease. With this taken into account we demand that the sale and use of these barbaric collars be banned immediately! PLEASE HELP US GET THESE BANNED AND SIGN THE PETITION.
