He said that the Government has taken a number of decisions on the dismissal of civil servants 1-3 category. In particular, it recalled that the discharge from the post of minister can only Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, and the first deputy ministers, heads of government agencies, heads of government services, and other heads of central bodies of executive power - is exempted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. According to the basic provisions of the Law of Ukraine On the cleansing power, the Government of Ukraine in general dismisses 39 employees higher categories, of which 19 people applied for voluntary resignation, 20 persons are exempt under the direct rule of law - based on lustration - said Yatsenyuk. He also said that the government is making an urgent submission to the President of Ukraine on the dismissal of the head of Kirovohrad regional state administration, which should be dismissed on the basis of lustration, and the release of 10 members of the National Commissions. We expect that the President and promptly decides to release the relevant officials, - said Yatsenyuk.
