The gratitude challenge. A very smart man said if you obey all the rules, youll miss all the fun I skipped 2 days to post this final piece because its the icing on the cake; it just had to be perfect. 7 is holy. Perfection and beauty symbolised. Rest and abundance exemplified. Grace and completion epitomized! To personally deny the importance of this challenge is to outrightly repudiate the essence of gratitude both vertically (Godward) and horizontally (you do the maths) On this Lords day; 1. Im grateful to God for my Job. 2. Im grateful to God for the dress God sewed for Adam and his wife after the fall but most importantly, thank God for innovation. I cant imagine been born back then. I most likely will still be wearing some of those goats skin on my body in the bush. Then Ill probably also be with my javelin then something around my neck that looks like those Fulani bags (no offense, you know I like you people). Chasing after antelopes and running away from Cheetahs. 3. Im grateful for soccer. The unifying game of grown ups chasing after a piece of leather with the aim of netting it in Some well guarded nest-like target. How hard can this be? No wonder I have little interest in it. 4. Im grateful for my barber. A man sent from above to skillfully though effortlessly cover for my failed attempts at cutting my own hair. 5. Ive received Favour big enough to last through this week. Im grateful for it. To crown it all up, I am grateful for this gratitude challenge. Wow!
