The great monarch Goofy Bummer totally bypassed the Constitution - TopicsExpress

The great monarch Goofy Bummer totally bypassed the Constitution again. This goes well beyond a mistake it was deliberate. He consulted with Whit House Counsel and was told his actions are going to be considered a breach of his office. The shit for brains phoo phoos it..said he was the Commander in chief and the President and could do any damned thing he wanted. Now as to what he did..The Prisoners are/were prisoners of war. War defined as ongoing armed conflict. It is NOT in his sole power to negotiate for prisoner exchange until AFTER session of the state of war. he used negotiators from the office of STATE..to negotiate with another country.or put in a different way a country or state ( intermediators) ..TOTALLY bereft of any notification to the House or senate. What he did was tantamount to negotiating AS a singular representative of the United States. ILLEGAL.. The House and Senate have been advised by the all powerful Monarch they are NOT to question or ask for qualification. In effect he released the equivilant of out Joint Chiefs of Staff including the Chairman... Any question now as to who is in charge of this country? Now..there are negotiations on going to go ahead with Proposition 22 of the UNs proposals for a change in Ownership of the US! Yesterday he notified ALL banks to immediately cease ALL lines of credit to gun manufacturers as well as ammunition producers. Strangle the entire industry. If they lend even a modicum of financing they will immediately be shut down. He has escalated his entire program in fear that Jan 2015 the elections will hinder him but more than that the returning Veterans, the skilled warriors are those that pose the greatest threat. 12 mins · Like John Delaney
