How can she ignore the fact that it was a woman by the name of Napoles that manipulated these male majority in Congress to perpetrate the biggest scam involving billions of pesos for years!! Male or female does not matter in the aspiration and desire to ensure good governance. It were the traditional politicians and the political dynasties which must be booted out by the people from our political system. Is Miriam a traditional politician or what?
