I remember, that was 1 and a half yrs.ago during which I was quiet cheerless and regrettable for I supposed to graduate at that time only if I wasnt weighed for a Statistics Removal and it was all my feet of clay! But, it never deprived the courage to stand once again and acquit myself. And yes! I brought failure to a spotlight of success. Thus far, I felt I am so blessed,and virtuous it is to credit everything to God who provided me all the things I need in my every journey and for giving me such people who made wonders in my endeavor. They are all keen contributors of my life! To all the Public Schools and its Administrators- Thank you for the permit to conduct my study. To all the teacher-respondents, thank you for the warmest welcome and cooperation. To my friends; Mariane, Annyam Cartagena, Atasha Abadinas, Toto Mcdonald, Sir Ed- Thank you so much for the data gathering assistance. You made it fast and possible! To my Adviser and Panel of Examiners, thank you for your expertise and all! To my friend and second adviser Alejandro - Doc, thanks for the friendship and support all the way!
