The greatest harvest out there is the harvest of souls. There are millions of people out there who are yet to accept God’s grace in Christ Jesus, thus unable to live out their potential and wandering steadily toward hell. This great harvest, God’s harvest, is in dire need of people to gather them in. Jesus said, “The harvest is plentiful, but the labourers are few” (Matthew 9: 37-38). Do you not think the greatest expression of appreciation for all we have received in Christ Jesus is reaching out to others with the good news? Not only would this be selfless, it will be striking at the core of God’s heart. Now, do you not think if you work with God to gather in the harvest that matters most to Him He will bring you a harvest too big for you to contain? So why not make souls a priority harvest? When last did you talk to someone about Jesus or invite them to church? Will you do so today? Will you make reaching out to the lost a priority? The Lord will give you the grace to do so today, and multiply your harvest, in Jesus name.
