The greatest weight loss tip I can give u that I just discovered is apart from all the health benefits of honey I have a small teaspoon of manuka honey before bed and yes it helps with your metabolic rate etc but it staves of cravings for chocolate and other sweet things as it slowly releases into ur body. Ive been taking it every night for 2 weeks and havent fancied chocolate once and thats not me! Give it a try and see what u think x
