The group of FMG interns enjoy their orientation time to Las Terrenas: cross-cultural orientation, culture-specific, site visits, mapping out the community, a cultural expedition exercise, enjoying beaches, eating lots of tropical fruit, sharing and learning. Theyve met with the Mayor (Dra. Mariana Vanderhorst), the President of the City Council (Mr. Agustin Tavarez), visited barrios and communities, came to meet people of their internship sites (law firms, banks, hospitals, schools, etc.) and keep asking lots and lots of good questions. Consuelo, the sixth student in the group, arrives on Sunday.
