The guy shown in the picture below is Mano Divina, thereminist in the Divine Hand Ensemble. Hes looking at you that way because he would like to remove your brain and replace it with a pair of heterodyning oscillators and some other circuitry, run antennae out both of your ears then make unearthly sounds come out of your mouth (and possibly other orifices) by manipulating the resulting electromagnetic field around your skull. After intense negotiations, the rest of us in the Ensemble have gotten him to promise not to do that to you as long as you come to our concert at the Ardmore Music Hall on Saturday, June 12, at 7:00PM. This performance will feature the debut of our newest member Brit Walmsley on violin and the first appearance of the new high-tech carbon fiber pedal harps (the first of their kind in the entire world) recently delivered to our harpists Gloria Galante and Mary Kelso Bryson. As if that werent enough, also appearing will be Monique Canniere and Julie Myers on violins and vocals, Johnell Lawrence on viola, Jonathan Salmon on cello and yours truly on vibes and marimba.
