The gym is empty, I want to eat everything in sight and I feel tired/weak today. Nonetheless, it IS leg day and I want to feel like I accomplished SOMETHING. Since Im not feeling all that up to training hard today, I figured I would work on stuff that will not expose me to injury yet still let me feel like I did something. This is a great set of exercises for days when you are fighting the holiday blues!
