The hands and eyes of God protecting us!!! Two days in a row I have been truly blessed from what could possibly have been two very catastrophic accidents. Yesterday as I was standing in line at the bank, I overheard a young lady talking on the phone in a very distressed tone. She went to the teller window and seemed even more distressed as she left. She left the tellers window, went to the side, made a telephone call, got back in line behind me and still very upset. As I left the bank, I returned to my car, slowly backed up, put the car in drive and as I was preparing to accelerate, she jumped in her car, without looking, and put it in reverse. Her car was parked next to mine, so we were only about one car length apart when she preceded to back out. She went from 0 to 20 mph in a manner of seconds. As she was backing and flying straight into the path of my car, my immediate response was to put the car in reverse. Everything was happening so fast and furious, I didnt even have time to put my car in reverse to keep her from hitting me. All I could think of was Oh, my God!!! She was coming so fast and so close. I was absolutely helpless!!!!! If someone else had not witnessed it, I would not have believed it. As I was sitting still, and as the car seem to collide with my car, all of a sudden, her car stopped. No screeching, no skid marks, no sliding, nothing, her car just stopped inches from mine. Im not even sure she ever knew I was behind her as she just put the car in drive and sped off. The security guard and others came running out towards my car and could not believe what they saw. I said a loud Thank you Jesus and was on my way filling absolutely wonderfully blessed and grateful for Jesus watching over me. The second one was today, but thats for a later time, as I will leave you just feeling blessed!!!! God Bless and have a good night!!
