The hard part about delivering outstanding service (my opinion) you set the bar pretty high. We had the ability to hire additional graders and loaders, I saw Brocor in my neighbourhood, so with 6-8 graders available we will clearing downtown tomorrow. Now to have the accumulation plus blowing and drifting snow the crews have done a great job getting the roads cleared. Must be a record of some kind to almost have the town cleared in 2 days?? Please do not set this as the level of expectation because it isnt always we can even find graders to hire. Thank you to everyone who kept their vehicles off the streets to assist. To those who simply park your vehicle or trailers on the streets I think we need to think about how we deal with this issue. I see vehicles that have not moved all winter, streets should not be a permanent parking lot, this increases the costs for all and I feel needs to be discussed. Great job to the crews clearing our streets, thank you guys and gals, and thanks to the hired equipment folks as well. I think many communities envy our service.
