The hardest challenge yet down the 161 Killer stairs. One press up going down on every step... 161 stairs... 161 press ups. Each week we try different things... just for a bit of fun to mix up the training and this one was a killer... it was the first time we tried it and it took about 30 minutes... as you can see it wasnt easy but it was alot of fun! And also a hardcore workout on your arms, shoulders, core and legs... basically a fully body workout drill and an intense cardio blast!!
