The hardest part of faith, for me, is finding the good from the bad. We, as humans, are incapable of seeing the tapestry that is being woven from our successes, failures and missed opportunities. I pray for better senses, in the hopes that I can witness my tapestry as its being woven, not just to be able to see it at the end. A dear friend reminded me of a song lyric that I hadnt even thought about in the last six months. I know theres gotta be a brighter day somewhere. We need to be steadfast, knowing that in our grief, we are loved. I pray for the strength to love those who hurt me, to forgive those that caused me pain. Maybe in that, Ill find my brighter day.
