The hardest thing to explain to a person is what black males are - TopicsExpress

The hardest thing to explain to a person is what black males are still enduring years later because of the hue in their skin. This is a race issue and a class issue. Why was it so impossible for a black boy to be in that neighborhood? As a hispanic male with a white undertone did zimmerman feel he had arrived to a neighborhood that a black boy did not belong? Have you ever heard of a white person walking in a neighborhood and a black person calling the police or following them because the person did not belong? (I dare say not...have you been to Harlem lately?) When the police tells you to retreat and yet you pursue how in the world do you flip it that the boy was the aggressor? Let me get this right...I am walking minding my own business, I am being followed by an older man, I call a friend to account what is going on because it is obvious I am being followed. I am probably at some point scared because...why is someone following me? I may or may not know the history of black males being killed for being black aka Emmitt Tilll and the person who is following me is afraid for his life? The prosecution did not meet its burden. How do we change the perception of black males in america as black people in america? I see way to many walking targets daily and this is not the end....Dear reality shows, music industry...you are not helping AT ALL!! It is not just entertainment...IT IS THE REALITY YOU HAVE CREATED FOR PEOPLE...WAKE UP!!!!
