The head cold/sinus headache/whatever this crude is I have right now is no fun at all! Yesterday it was manageable. I simply sounded like I had a stuffy nose. Today, my nose will not stop running, my eyes will not stop watering, and my head feels like it weights a million pounds (but on the plus side, at least no coughing!!). I guess this is my body saying slow down and rest. Not a common practice for me but if it will make me feel better, I will do it. Hopefully back to my old self again soon :-)
