Bhel puri can be made healthier just by removing some ingredients and adding some other ones. **Puffed rice (kurmura) has carbohydrates. **Sev, peanuts & roasted chana provide protein & fat. **Tomatoes, onions, potato, coriander leaves, mint chutney and spices contain few nutrients and antioxidants. **Raw mango provides Vitamin C & tamarind (imli) chutney helps improve digestion **Add: some quantity of boiled sprouts (moong/ chana) to further increase its nutritive value. **Avoid: the fried puris and reduce the sev sprinkled on top. **Ensure – chutneys are hygienically made.
