The higher we go in this corporate ladder, the harder it is for us - TopicsExpress

The higher we go in this corporate ladder, the harder it is for us to find that balance, especially with family. As soon as I was told during my MBA, that I needed to work 60 hrs a week for 20 years in order to become a star CEO, I changed my mindset the first time. Now, as an entrepreneur, I am changing my mindset even further. I am also going against the grain to focus on being an entrepreneur who spends most of his kids available time WITH his kids. I already regret some of the evenings and weekends I might spend away and it is shifting my priorities. There is a clear sacrifice that happens with climbing the corporate ladder and even the entrepreneurial route versus creating he revenue systems needed to sustain the life I define for myself and the one I truly want to live. I am not one to do it too much anymore at the expense of my most cherished hearts. That is not my legacy. I want my legacy to be my kids, my family and the millions of hearts I can influence, not the millions of dollars I could have made building someone elses dream. I cannot have it all. But I can have all that I want to #FitInMyLife
