The highlight of the morning was a visit to Santa Maria in Trastevere to see the mosaics of the life of Mary, especially the Coronation of Mary. This afternoon we are off the Saint John Lateran. Anyone (Hans?) have some good info on the mosiacs we saw this morning. I have not been sleeping well, kind of like "Lost in Translation" except there is no Scarlett Johansson here to keep me company. Happy Fourth of July - I will miss being with my mother, brother and family today!
