The history of events here is very complicated, with, to use a homology, a chopping and changing, swapping of groups because the nations here are primarily body politic rather than actual tribes (biological), that is to say, political ties are constitutive of ethic groups and blood? not so much. White anthropologists were not actually qualified to make postulates on our being, let alone our roots. They came here and wrote books according to whatever they were told (amazingly, their sources were supposed to be truthful, without doubt) and throwing in some guesswork wherever deemed necessary, in the process over-simplifying matters. Azanian history is vast and deep, sotuh Afrikan books in the meanwhile have not a single word on who the AmaMbo are or how the identity fits in with some modern groups. There is no disclosure of Hlubi history, whose core had been here 700 years prior to Lala arrival, nothing. They, the guess miracle workers, erroneously classify the Swazi people as Nguni when in fact they are more closely related to the Tembe (who are erroneously called Zulu) and the Tsonga! This lie actually dettaches Swatis from the soil, which they have a long standing tie to, prior to the arrival of Ngunis. If anything, Hlubi, Tembe, Swati, etc., must be the first exodus of Ngunis to arrive here then, the other, spending aeons in the wilderness of time, would arrive here later, then. Anyway, again there is no mention of the name Lala, which must actually be used when speaking of history of the Nguni. Other than that, they tell us about king Shaka, and somehow think that all of us are Zulu, they purposefully overlook the Basotho and Batswana, VhaVhenda and Tsonga, they do not account for their arrivals and histories and their arrival here. Interestingly, they never account for the influence of Khoi on Xhosa or why Batswana ritually dance like San and wear like them, with many having the San look as well, all that without a single trace of San linguistic influence on the Batswana! Unqualified people must stop making dead certain remarks about us, instead they must ask us about us. They must stop telling our children they came from Nigeria, a tale which implies that Blacks in the Niger-Nigeria geography are static entities. Amanguni came from the Great Lakes region and made their way here via East Afrika. Some like Hlubi are traceable to Congo, with many people from that space sharing surnames with many down here, such as Ngoyi, Zulu, Mbhele (it is Mubele in Congo), etc.
