The holidays are NOT an excuse. Trust me. Last year I didnt let it slip. Every other year I used the holidays as an excuse. Why let your health and fitness goals go away? You can still find the time to workout, make healthy decisions and enter the new year without needing to make a New Years resolution to START. If you have 30 minutes a day you can do a workout.
