The homeless population seems to be growing in LW... They are in Bryant Park, The Snook, the bridge area, The Plaza, the Alleys behind my house and our neighbors empty houses and yards. The petty crime, vandalism, and graffiti is increasing as well. I would like PBSO to formulate an initiative to deal with it. Starting with a camera on that buildings roof on 100 block of S Dixie that has had SIZE re-painted about 12 times....getting more artistic each time. (That guy runs the length of LW Rd numerous spots hit. Somebody needs to string him up by his toenails!
