The horrible people next door to us have two dogs, one large black and white dog and a chihuahua. They bark constantly and get loose often. Just a few minutes ago I was inspecting a rose bush on that side of our house as we pruned it last week when the dogs started barking. I kept my back to them as I was busy with the rose bush. I turned to find both dogs right by me barking up a storm. They both started jumping against me and barking against my pant leg and thigh. They were becoming more aggressive, both seeming to excite the other more and more. One of the women from next door came and pulled them away, picked up the chihuahua who almost bit her, and dragged them away, muttering that she didnt know how they got loose. Im thinking of calling the animal control officer tomorrow to register a complaint.
