The house I bought needs a roof. I got an allowance from the seller to do the roof based on an estimate with a respected but expensive local company. Just talked to them. They had an incomplete picture of the situation when they first bid the job and failed to include new decking which will run $1500 extra. Now, I need to find a cheaper roofing company.
