The house search has completely consumed every ounce of free time Christopher Haley and I have had over the past few weeks... we were judged for our tattooed exteriors & were made to feel as if we incapable of affording a rental home based on our job titles, AND this is without even asking me any financial questions :( One woman even made me feel like a criminal for being a tattoo artist... it sucked. But then the universe rewarded our patience & we met an amazing man with a great home & a story we could relate to. No approval needed, no application, no background check, he offered us his rental home on the spot & said he could tell we were good genuine people & it was important to him to rent to a family who would love & appreciate the property just as much as he did. Yay! Finally, someone who saw us for us. Looks like we are moving!!! And lil BooBoo gets to go to one of the best school districts in the state. AND WE HAVE GOATS!!!! a garden, mechanic shop, garage, apple trees, acreage..... ahhhh so stoked! Feeling blessed and grateful :)
