The idea of why Ive committed so deeply to my path came up for me this morning. Why did I challenge myself to becoming your biggest fan? We live in a world with an aspect of our humaness, which is wrapped up in whimsical behavior. Searching with our minds to find permanence in this realm of human whimsy. ie. A woman looking for the security of a spiritual masculine for which she can give her feminine heart the safety to come alive in the world. The stories we tell ourselves as characters move in and out is that if we keep looking well eventually find what our hearts desire. In truth, the cast of characters that come in and out of our lives are only giving us clues to finding a real state of permanence. The only thread of permanence that intertwines with our lives is real love. For me, I call this God. When I commit to becoming your biggest fan, in essence, Im offering myself as a state of permanence for ALL. We/I cant be the answer to everyones whimsical desire of what they think they need. We/I can be a place of permanence, a place where no matter if the characters destroy our rental houses, dont meet our transient expectations or rub us the wrong way, they can rely on us to be there as someone that sees the light in them. Rarely do these cast of characters come back because of the overwhelming case of human whimsy they are conditioned. Whimsy is quite the wolf in sheeps clothing. So whom do we trust with our hearts? We put faith in the walk, and all the cast of characters teach us to go deeper within ourselves. We go into our own hearts to take the walk of faith to find God or the permanence of real love void of human whimsy. The incredible effect is that when we find this place of Grace and permanence, we offer to others a taste of this, they are allowed to take down their guard and play in authenticity. Seek for God, then become aware as the play unfolds. It is quite a thrill. Your Biggest Fan, Jim
