The idea that the customer is always right is antiquated. The customer always feels entitled, more like. People in the service industry are not slaves. Customer service is a relationship, with roles for both the customer and the service provider. There are no rules about how a business person or service provider must be or conduct themselves. There is only the relationship between the customer and the service provider. What works for one business isnt how all others will run. Im sick of the attitude of entitlement. And the fakeness. Im not going to be a soulless trained monkey. I own my own business so I dont have to be.
