The importance of setting clear, achievable fitness goals cannot be overemphasized. Without a specific aim in mind, it is impossible to give a sense of direction and purpose to your action. Some of my goals for 2015 are as follows... -Lose 10% body fat -Squat 200 lbs (unassisted) -Bench press my body weight (150 lbs, 3 sets of 10) -Perform 3 sets of 10 pull ups (unassisted) -Successfully complete the PT certification What are some of your goals for 2015? #teamgetfit #fit4life #leanin15
