The important thing to be mindful of when we are DEVELOPING anything, especially ourselves – is that there is a model principle behind the idea of a ‘Work-in-progress’ Whenever we walk or drive by a building construction site, we see men who are very busy at work. There is noise, the sound that something is happening. We see scaffolding – the sign that there is a framework for size and height. But the most significant thing we will see at the sight is a billboard with the artist’s impression of the building when completed. This means that the busyness, the noise and the framing - are not carrying on in the hope that one-day something will come of it – but rather, there IS A VISION being worked and in DEVELOPMENT.
