The inaugural summit, “Bringing the World Together through American Education,” brought together current international affiliates and centers offering Broward College programs abroad to discuss mutual programming matters. The event featured updates on Broward College international education initiative as well as panel discussions surrounding the topics of successful marketing strategies, international coordinators responsibilities, cooperative strategies and university articulation. Leaders represented more than 10 higher education institutions in Sri Lanka, Peru, Vietnam, Ecuador, Singapore, Guyana, India, Bolivia, China as well as invitees from institutions in Brazil and Chile.
