The individuals who ordered the atomic bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki are dead now, and unless the US looses WWII, it is doubtful that well see their representatives standing in the dock over this. But its an idea whose time has definitely come. Making it crystal clear that destroying cities for purposes of intimidation cannot be excused nor go unanswered is an excellent principle. And we all know how much the Americans love a good War Crimes tribunal.
