The infamous ISIS have become an household name, associated with Islamic terrorist which is on a rampage in two countries, namely Iraq and Syria, and have operative influence in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Jordan, and Oman. For the past two years, Isis swept pass iraqi Army like cutting a cake, and knock out both Syrian and FSA armies, The Isis in thousands reached a small town name Korbane, some 6 months back. Thinking it will be a cake walk, this Isis send a few hundred to take the town, but the residents of the town who were kurds werent ready to given up without a fight, While most of the citizen fled to Turkey, many stayed to fight for their land, Even old women (around 60 year) were seen carrying grenade and sniper rifles protecting their home, Added by some American assistance (cargo dropping and bombing of isis) this kurds are still fighting to this very day.. Nagas are Kurdish people are same, we both are ethnic groups /race without an autonomy of our own, kurds were murdered in thousands during Saddam hessian regime, (70-80s) While over 40,000+ Nagas shade their blood from 1953-1997 when Indian Army invaded Nagaland. But the main difference is all the Kurdish people are UNITED, kurds from Iraq are coming to fight in Syria and vice-versa. But Nagas? We mock, laugh, and criticise each other but we never offers a helping hand, Korbane is still burning and smokes are bellowing from the shells of Isis but no guns can break the moral of the people if they stand United, Take an example of the defeat of the most powerful nation ie America by the puny Asian Nation Vietnam. :) Learn from Korbane : the city that refused to die ---------A.
