【The information about participant: Ikuei nakayama】 Ikuei Nakayama is originally from Nagahama in Shiga Prefecture, northeast of Lake Biwa. He moved to Tokyo to attend college, but every time he returns home, he has been realizing how beautiful and attractive the area is. This spawned the production of his website where he introduces his hometown (afumi.org). In the CITY TALES exhibition, Ikuei asks to the visitors, What makes a city loveable?.
