The inspection on my car has been out since the last of November, and has had Rico very concerned. One morning last week, while he was on vacation, he insisted I take his truck to drop the kids off, because it was warmed up. I get pulled over, in my pajamas, no bra, mascara smeared under my eyes, pony tail skewed. The officer asked if I knew my inspection was out, uh, yeah, how did you know? I mean, the jeep is parked at the house! Nope! Its Ricos inspection, and his registration, SINCE MAY!!! He asked for my drivers license--I didnt have it. He asked for insurance--couldnt verify it. He asked where I worked--nada. He asked if the vehicle belonged to me--nope. The truck belongs to my..mumbling. Maam? My boyfriend--I hate using the term boyfriend at my age! The officer, at this point, is laughing, thank goodness! No bra, no license, no registration or inspection, no job, and a boyfriend. Its the middle aged version of the Walk of Shame. And yes, I got three tickets!
