The intention behind the Thursday post is to share some inspiration. A thought or an idea that might spark a moment of clarity or of exuberance, and more importantly an act of creativity. So, I share the following thoughts. Don’t take it from me and Terry alone. Here’s what others have to say: ”Creative work is not a selfish act or a bid for attention on the part of the actor. Give us what youve got. “There is only one of you in all time, this expression is unique. And if you block it, it will never exist through any other medium and it will be lost.” — Martha Graham No pressure. ;-) Here’s a thought from an actor who played one of my favorite childhood TV characters. “The creative is the place where no one else has ever been. You have to leave the city of your comfort and go into the wilderness of your intuition. What you’ll discover will be wonderful. What you’ll discover is yourself.” — Alan Alda Lets do this. Lets go into the wilderness of our intuition! Just remember, you’re the only person in history who can reveal your thoughts, your beliefs, your questions, your hopes, your way. And as Graham suggests, those things would be a shame for the rest of us to lose. Keep after it, yall.
