The intention of Sen. Lacson in making his proposals is great. Catch the crooks in government or the so-called "Burokrata Kapitalista" or those who amassed fortunes out of the taxpayers money. Of course, there is a need for a law to do all these things. But there is a legal short cut on that. Pnoy could just appoint Sen. Lacson to a government position which suit his qualifications as a graft buster, especially at the Bureau of Customs. He he he. Naku lalong magagalit sa iyo yang "kaibigan" mo.
