The international German concern has established an enterprise in Kazakhstan The joint Kazakhstan-German enterprise “Vossloh Fastening Systems Kazakhstan” LLP on production of modern resilient rail fastenings has established in Kapshagay city of Almaty oblast. This plant has established by the world leader in the field of railways infrastructure Vossloh AG in partnership with the domestic company “Production company “Dorplast-Invest” LLP with assistance of the National Agency KAZNEX INVEST. This is a first joint enterprise of the concern in CIS and Baltic countries on production of rail fastenings. The capacity of the new enterprise composes more than 1 mln. sets of resilient rail fastenings per year. It allows supplying annual demands of “National company “Kazakhstan temir zholy” JSC, “Metropoliten of Almaty” Communal State Enterprise, «Astana LRT» LLP. Realization of the project lets create more than 50 new working places. Alongside with this all the composition of the staff will be formed by Kazakhstan workers without attracting foreign labor force. Considering that products will be produced using modern high technology equipment, the key industrial personnel will be trained at factories of the concern Vossloh AG in the Federal Republic of Germany. It is worth nothing that the “Vossloh Fastening Systems Kazakhstan” LLP is carrying out the active work on development of export potential. Nowadays customers from Russia, Ukraine, Mongolia, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan are demonstrating enormous interest in Kazakhstan product that is produced in Kapshagay. The production of Vossloh is being exploited on railways of Kazakhstan more than 15 years already. «The enterprise in Almaty oblast has established within the Program of New Industrialization. It is distinguished by its high performance, waste-free production and low energy consumption. Therewith currently the railways polymer product in Kazakhstan is not produced using systems of hot runner molds which is used by Vossloh. Therefore the project is innovative also», - noted Yernar Amantayev, General Director of “Vossloh Fastening Systems Kazakhstan” LLP. *** The concern Vossloh is working in the international market over 100 years in two directions as railways infrastructure and vehicles. It consists of more than 90 companies that work in 30 countries. The concern employs around 5000 people.
