The inventor of this chilli crabs (Mr Hooi of Dragon Phoenix) shared their story and recipe, plus the art of wok hei in hor fun, and it was the first time the Deen Biasa folks (Jln Sultan) shared and demo their sup tulang recipe (some in the Street Food Pro 360 class nvr even tried it before) and i think its the first time this local iconic makan is shared and shown, and majority also never saw Java style satay and sauce made from scratch before (by the Alhambra Padang Satay folks at Gluttons Bay). Many in the class have a better idea of what the street food business is now all about. Full attendance at every session. Very excited about where and what they will take this knowledge to.
