The irony of the current state of the Affordable Healthcare Act is that both parties are playing chicken with an issue that does not directly effect them. They will have the same healthcare coverage, same retirement benefits, etc. regardless of whether the Affordable Healthcare gets funded or not. Even more ironic is that they have gotten so good at pitting Americans against each other that we are too busy blaming each other for supporting the wrong party and not paying attention to the fact that they are all members of a single party that has two divisions, and neither division gives a shit about making meaningful change.
