The issue is not the will of the Jihaddis, but who is financing them and playing the double game of kissing the West, receiving its perks, while stabbing it in the back. Saudi Arabia? Qatar, Dubai? Pakistan? The Red Terror (includding the liberation wars in Africa, the IRA and the Basque ) of the 70-80s did not vanished until the Soviet Union did, and they simply run out of money. So who is actually financing ISIS, Al Qaeda, Lakshma Al Taiba, Al Hakkani, Bokko Haram and the rest of those degenerates?
