The justice system in the U.S. exhibits shocking racial disparities at every level from stops, arrest, prosecution, sentencing, incarceration, and execution. Today, the U.S. government places most of so called citizens under correctional control in a racial pattern that generate a mostly African American prison population. Racial bias in the penal context exceed those in every other social domain. The Supreme court assured us that these persistent racial inequalities do not denote the presence of racial discrimination. The McCleskly v Kemp case denied the most sophisticated and exhausted examination of criminal sentencing when it rejected the claim that racism dominated Georgias death penalty machinery. The Court accepted Georgia imposed the ultimate death penalty on African Americans who killed Euro Americans and twenty two times the rate for African Americans who killed other African Americans, The Court reasoned that these statistics proved at most...a discrepancy that correlates with race The dismissal numbers in McClesky calls for immediate remedy. We can no longer ignore the fact that interest of the government affect the political nature of the administration of brute police force and biased administration of justice. The wielders of governmental power use the police and criminal law to legitimate their assertions of African American inferiority and criminality to maintain supremacy and legitimate domestic genocide and terrorism against us. It suppresses legitimate political demands for equality and racial parity through the use of its justice system. The U.S. government uses its judicial system to repress us period. Judges consistently make decisions that maintain Anglo Euro American domination over every aspect of our lives. It successfully subjugate us by the of its police and criminal courts. The judicial branch maintains the interest of Euro American dominated established government. This is why we must understand the role of the justice system, political parties, propaganda, and forced assimilation within the U.S. To achieve the desired change we have to provide for the intervention of international human rights law. Some of our ancestors were enslaved from within the U.S. borders and others were kidnapped in Africa, where the Euro American colonist inflicted inhuman treatment, and absolute terrorism that forced our ancestors to be voluntary slaves. This was a well planned wicked program that used every form of physical, psychological, and sociological torture to achieve its goals. This requires immediate remedy, restitution, compensation, and rehabilitation for grave violations of fundamental human and human rights.
