The kale with olive oil, sea salt and crushed garlic roasted in the oven was very tasty last night. I think next time I might steam it a little first to soften the stem as I overcooked it slightly in an effort to make it edible. I had the grill section of my oven on as well and that maybe overcooked. Its need a bit of experimentation to get the time, heat and method of heating right. Worth the effort though.
