The key to disconnecting from the false illuminati matrix is to understand how we are not our bodies, or our names, or the reflection we see in the mirror but are in fact infinite consciousness having an experience through the biological body computer conduit in this five sense reality, and that this experience has been hijacked by the illuminati, who have successfully locked us into a limited sense of perception and fooled us into believing that nothing else exists beyond it. We must stop being governed by and learn to control our primitive emotional responses that rely solely on fear and instead consciously use our thoughts to bring about positive emotions that actually create a tangible electrical feeling and energy within us, which allows us to then rise above the petty fear based manipulations of those in control of the five sense reality.
